We are seeking a Senior Draftsperson to become a part of our team! You can prepare detailed working drawings of commercial and residential construction and identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed construction documents as well as details
• Calculate dimensions and tolerance using state of the art input methodologies including but not limited Agisoft, Sketchup Pro, and AutoCAD.
• Review and modify designs to reduce production deficiencies
• Provide timely updates for drawing completion and workload
• Coordinate with other colleagues regarding complex designs 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in architectural drafting, construction or other related fields
• Familiarity with architectural designs and diagrams
• Familiarity with CAD or other related software
• Deadline and detail-oriented
